Who we are
Visamo ("we", "us", "our") is a corporate offsite and experience design company based in Rishikesh, India. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Our services
Visamo designs and executes corporate offsites, wellness retreats, leadership retreats, and corporate events. All programmes are custom-designed based on client requirements. We do not offer standardised packages.
Our services include but are not limited to: venue sourcing, itinerary design, activity curation, logistics coordination, on-site facilitation, and post-experience follow-up.

Bookings & payment
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed proposal and the agreed advance payment. Payment terms are detailed in each individual proposal. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on changes in vendor costs, group size, or scope of services.
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated bullet.
Advance payment requirements vary by program type and duration.
Final payment is due no later than 7 days before the program date.
Invoices are issued in the name of the company or individual as provided during booking.

Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations must be communicated in writing to plan@visamo.in. The following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellation more than 30 days before the program: 80% refund of advance paid
Cancellation 15–30 days before: 50% refund of advance paid
Cancellation less than 15 days before: no refund
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional costs
In the event that Visamo cancels a programme due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, or vendor failure), we will offer a full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge.

Intellectual property
All content on the Visamo website — including text, design, imagery, itinerary formats, and programme structures — is the intellectual property of Visamo. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content without prior written consent.

Limitation of liability
Visamo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific program in question.
Participants engage in all activities at their own risk. Visamo takes reasonable steps to ensure safety but cannot guarantee outcomes related to personal health, travel disruptions, or external circumstances.

Third-party services
Visamo works with third-party vendors including venues, transport providers, activity facilitators, and caterers. While we curate these partners carefully, we are not responsible for the independent actions, failures, or quality issues of third-party providers once a program is underway.

Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand.

Changes to these terms
Visamo reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
